Sentence #1 stresses more on the "really", while sentence #2 stresses the "useful."

Changeing your appearance
I think that changeing our appearance is good. A lot of people feel unatractive because (for example) their nose looks too long or too big. But since they have their nose changed, their feels changes too. People feel much better and much happier about themselfs
Other people decide to change appearance in different ways. A lot of women wars make-up and have their hair dyed. I think it’s beautiful and it really changes their appearance. Even there is sometines when you can’t recognize your own girlfriend when you see her wearing make-up or with dyed hair.
So in my opinion people want to change their appearance they should do it. It will make them feel much better and more confident.

I think that it’s good to change your appearance. A lot of people feel unattractive, because perhaps their nose looks too long or too big. Once they have their have surgery to change their nose, their feelings usually change, too. That is when most people feel much better and much happier about themselves.
Other people decide to change appearances in different ways. A lot of women wear make-up and dye their hair. Some do it beautifully. It is amazing how they can really change their appearances. Sometimes, men can’t recognize their own girlfriends when they see their date wearing make-up or with different colored hair.
In my opinion, if people want to change their appearances, they should do it. Overall, it seems that it will make them feel much better and more confident.

And yes, "English" is a proper noun. All proper nouns must be capitalized.

Anytime anyone hands in a paper for school, work, or anywhere, they should feel confident about their work. If they would have expressed it differently, they should change it. I correct many letters at work. I may be used to a different style of writing. For completing anything, Comfort = confidence. You should always feel comfortable submitting your work.
