atsiųstas laiškas buvo sukurtas Outlook (ne Outlook Express) pašto kliente, kuriam buvo įjungta opcija naudoti Word kaip teksto redaktorių. O kadangi Word’e automatiškai paverčia į šypsenas, tai ir laiške taip pasidarė. Jei naudotum MS Outlook, tai galėtum tai padaryt. Outlook Express atrodo taip nepadarysi, nebent sužinot tokios šypsenelė kodą ir su Alt+*** dėliot.
