b utt means “uzpakalis” in English, but it’s not really considered a bad word, so it’s strange why it was censored.
My favorite has to be Chocolate cake with raspberry filling and coffee frosting
For surgeon - who asked for a kisielius recipe. I’ve never made it, nor got to asking my mom, but did find several recipes for you.
#1 - From the cookbook: Popular Lithuanian Recipes, printed originally in 1974, 9th edition in 1986, written by Josephine Dauzvardis.
Also known as - fruit pudding
Use fresh fruit or berries: apples, cranberries, currants, cherries, strawberries or raspberries. (The traditional kucios usually uses cranberries). To 3 cups of berries of chopped fruit, add 3 cups cold water. Bring to boil. Force through fine sieve. Sweeten to taste with sugar. Cool and measure. For each cup of pulp take 1 teaspoon potato flour or starch (it’s very hard to find potato starch in regular grocery stores, at least for me). Stir in enough cold water into the measured starch to make a thin paste. Stir the paste into hot fruit pulp, taking care to keep flour from lumping. Bring to a boil and continue boiling, stirring constantly, until mixture separates from sides of cooking utensil (about 5 minutes). Pour into individual dessert dishes which have been rinsed in cold water. Refrigerate.
#2 - Another kisielius recipe for surgeon. This was found on-line:

CRANBERRY (Spanguoliu) KISIELIUS
3 cups cranberries (OR apples, currants, cherries, stawberries or raspberries)
3 cups cold water
1 cup sugar (or sugar to taste)
potato flour or corn starch
OPTIONAL: cinnamon and/or whole cloves
Place cranberries and water into a pot. (Add cinnamon and/or cloves if desired.) Heat until cranberries begin to break up. Remove from heat, put everything through a food mill. There should be about 4 cups of juice and pulp. Add sugar. For each cup of pulp and juice, use 1 tablespoon of potato flour or cornstarch. Stir enough cold water into the measured potato flour or corn starch to make a thin paste. Stir the paste into the hot fruit pulp, taking care to keep the flour/starch from lumping. Bring to a boil and continue boiling, stirring constantly, unil mixture separates from the side of the cooking utensil (about 5 minutes). Pour in to individual dessert dishes which have been rinsed in cold water. Refrigerate. Serve with cream or milk, or just "as is".

I agree that Tiramisu is a delicious dessert. I think it sounds quite complicated, but here’s a “basic” recipe, found on-line here:

A BasicTiramisu
This is a no-frills, basic Tiramisu that is simple to make. It uses poundcake instead of ladyfingers, and calls for a simple sugar syrup that’s easy to make. Makes 12 servings.
Ingredients
POUNDCAKE, 6 oz. (about half of a 10.75 ounce package), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
MASCARPONE CHEESE, 8 ounces
HEAVY CREAM, 1-1/4 cups
EGGS, 2
SUGAR, 2/3 cup + 1/4 cup, divided
UNFLAVORED GELATIN, 1 envelope
KAHLUA or AMARETTO, 6 tablespoons
VANILLA, 1/4 teaspoon
UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER (optional)
SWEETENED WHIPPED CREAM (optional)
SHAVED CHOCOLATE for decorating
Directions
Divide cake pieces evenly among 12 1/2-cup capacity custard cups; set aside.
In bowl with mixer at high speed beat cheese with heavy cream until mixture falls from spatula in thick ribbon, about 1 minute; set aside.
In another bowl with mixer at high speed beat eggs until fluffy, 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in pot over high heat, combine 2/3 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water; bring to a boil.
Cook until sugar dissolves and temperature reaches 250 degrees Fahrenheit on candy thermometer.
Gradually beat the boiling sugar syrup into beaten eggs.
Continue beating until slightly cooled, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of water with gelatin; let stand 5 minutes.
In a small pot over high heat, combine 1/2 cup water with remaining sugar; bring to a boil.
Cook until sugar dissolves, 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in liqueur, vanilla and reserved gelatin until gelatin dissolves.
Fold 3/4 of the liqueur mixture into the egg mixture; fold in the cheese mixture.
Drizzle the remaining liqueur mixture over the cake in thecustard cups, dividing the cheese mixture evenly among the cups.
Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
Garnish each with sprinkling of cocoa, whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
