I havent got a dog and I dont want to have one, at least now…

I don`t say ANYTHING to my child about any dog. My child is afraid even of cats. And my neighbours child is afraid of flies, despite nobody ever told him anything bad about flies.

Of course, it is not dogs fault, but why to have a dog if you cannot take care of him. And people`s safety is more important than any dog. The dog is big, it walks alone and without any muzzle. If the dog would do anything to me or to my child what then??? The owner would get a fine? And that is it? If you have a dog, so pls be so kind and walk with it.
