i think people who speak more languages travel more who don’t.
so i was wondering in which country people are the most friendly? 
What kind of people are you looking for? 
I think in Scandinavia, especialy Norway. I was there twice but it’s so beautiful there, the people are very friendly too and they speak pretty good English 
. I don’t like real Germans - from first view they look friendly but it’s just till some limit, under it they’ll never show you something more.

well, usually i meet only nice people when i travel. but i think it also depends on your attitude on the way you treat other people 
yet my best experience is with frenchmen and croatians - these people can stop by you at the street and offer their help if they see that you are lost or looking for something.
but haven’t you noticed that tourists mostly communicate with other tourists and not so often with locals?
